The flowers that I ordered for my mums birthday were exactly like the photo. I was late sending them as Id had her birthday planned but because her partner wasn't well our plans got cancelled, she is in Norfolk I'm in Essex. I ordered a small box of chocolates too, in the cards I'd written happy belated birthday and didn't expect them to be delivery 2 days after her birthday. I ordered them late Sunday evening her actual birthday the next day the lady called and asked if I'd like them sent the next day, they arrived at my mums within that hour and with the bonus of a large box of chocolates too. Amazing customer service and a pleasing outcome. Thank you Flowermania
